Very nice scene, I like it a lot. That's just the style I "try" to take when visiting older cities. Well done

It took me a while to convince a friend that its was a real picture, he thought it was fake and would not believe me it was real!
Thanks for your feedback

EXCELLENT photo. I tried a similar shot, but handheld. I should have used the ledge as well. Mine came out way too blurry. Not bad for 1/10 second handheld, but yours is great!

I'm not sure. I only had two days in Stockholm last May, and didn't realize it was built on 20 or so islands. There are bridges everywhere. If I remember correctly this one was on the way to Gamla Stan looking west. But frankly I forget. :(

I like it. Looks like you have a picture of the bridge next to the Opera house (recognize the green lions on the side of the picture there) and the only place I can think of where you'd see the City Hall in the background and still have trafic lights, the next bridge over closer to City Hall is the one leading to the Parlament Building and its a WALK bridge.
Oh geez does it make me miss home or what!?

Yer well so far all my best pics have been on the D70:confused:
But im just getting to grips with the 20D.
Biggest problem i have is which camera to pic up when i leave the house. taking out 2 SLRs is just to much luggage

Love that first pic..has a lovely 'silky smooth' look..is this result of noise reduction software? If so it worked wonders in this instance.

As i said before taken with a D70  Sorry bout that
I took it RAW ISO 200
Converted it in photoshop CS, It was already golden but i set the white balance to "shade" to give it extra punch and also increased the saturation, decreased shadow a tiny bit and added just a little contrast..
The sharpening and noise reduction were left on Photoshops RAW defaults what ever they are.
Im not trying to start a war here but i never noticed any noise in any of my D70s night pics
