The 5D mark 2 Blows

Why is there so much hubub about the 5Dm2? I checked dpreview and there's actually no difference in stats between it and a Digital Rebel XT. Both can shoot video, both have great high ISO performance at 25600 ISO, both have 15 megapixels. Yet the 5D costs10 times as much. Is it because the XT accepts EF-S lenses? Help me understand this PLEASE!

The XT is 8mp, does not do video, etc. These are two very different cameras.

Does seeing things on dpreview equate to fact?
Does the Rebel XT do ISO25600?
Does the Rebel XT do HD video?
Do the Rebel XT or the 5D Mark II really both have 15Mp?
Are both cameras in the same category?

Oh man, do I ever hear you. If anyone wants my 5D Mark II I'm selling it for $1000 so I can cover the cost of a new rebel XT and a new EF-S lens.
