I really like the mood this photo portrays. It really gives a sense of nostalgia. B/W really works here!

Is there anything more useless than lamps in the dazzle of daylight? Well, maybe yes... and that question is provocative. I am going somewhere to provoke it. BTW... the composition, exposure, shapes and forms here are all stunning, beyond an evocative mood and nagging question, they stand alone as a trenchant abstract.

Nice symmetry. And I like the dirt/noise in the window. Definitely gives the buildings in the background a "classic" feel. Very nice.

Either those lamps are hanging really low or your standing on something (ladder, etc). :p
The only things I would change (if possible) would be to get rid of the white wall on the right side and get the left lamp completely in frame.
It is a very good shot nonetheless.

I'd even try have the lamps on see if you can catch the light coming out of the lamps with them on, will light up the bottom section of the shot.
