To my untrained and admittedly amateurish eye - I would prefer a slightly wider crop. I would include the lower edges of the building which are cut off in your image. The converging lines of the building are very intriguing and almost overwhelming. As for the HDR aspect - its quite nice and fits this image well. I really like the reflections taht appear in the windows and how they look.

Also, the red car should not be there. Is it after hours and the red car belong to you?
I think the "dark" look goes well with that building.

Actually, this is a cropped image so I could print it. The original has the corners in it :):):) Maybe I should try to find that one and post it... hm

The Red car was the only car in the parking lot. Its not mine... It was about 2 pm when I took this pic, the sky was just right, and with or without the red car I thought I should stop and take the pic.

Hey All,

I like the car - it adds interest and the change in colour is I think refreshingly attractive. I also think the whole building should be there. My biggest problem is with the sky. Haloing around the right tower top and too white in a few places elsewhere. I'd suggest working on the sky and seeing how the rest of the pic turns out. Just my opinion though. Nice subject matter and angle though.

Exactly what were the settings for this photo. I have been trying to achieve this effect in HDR forever please tell me exactly what you did to get this picture.

It was taken with a sigma 10-22mm on my 40d. No tripod. I set my bag on the cement and set the camera right on it. Set it on 10mm and took 3 pics. Merged into HDR on PS CS3 then used Photomatix to add a little "something"
