is there any way to clean up the skin tones ? The ceiling was a brown / orange color and it looks like I picked up a little of it.

They dont look that bad to me, what color balance method do you use? Just my 2c, but the background is a bigger problem in the 1st image than the skin tone, but I'm just being micro-critical.

Here's my quick attempt. just used the eyedropper on the shoe that is cutoff on the left side. It was a very slight correction (maybe too cool now). also added a bit of USM.

I think that the colour is acceptable on the first 2 shots, like wise so is the posting by ChunkyDA.

Thanks for the comments - I guess there not much one can do.

Would Gel filters on the strobes help ? BTW whats the Best method of uploading photos to this site. Most to the time the quality and sharpness is gone.
