Hi,

Here's my take on the Jack Frost Rally. All shot with a 400D with the EFS 50-250 IS apart from the Nova and the last one.

8. - The umbrella I was using gave up the ghost, collapsed then blew away while I was having a go at this and my kit lens ended up soaked with water inside it, as you can see here.

It's dry now but has some spots around the inside edge of the front element. Looks like I need to go shopping for a replacement! Any ideas?

Hi Ian,
Fair bit of variety,no 4 for me,like the look on the faces !

Must say,the venue itself is fairly rubbish compared to most rally venues for photography,hardly the most scenic,with lots of ugly background,and always going to be a struggle.

Most of the other togs threads have been big lense jobs,fairly tight in frames shots to get rid of background,and also the fence is a problem too from what I read,so you did well at a tricky,uninspiring venue.
However I may be wrong,never having visited ,but that is my impression.
