Anybody have an idea why DPP Processed files look so different than Adobe Camera RAW?

Which is which and what settings did you use to process each one? The defaults? DPP will process your raw using whatever settings you had set on the camera as a starting point. You can then change the settings to get a better image if needed.
Adobe ACR usually always starts with the same default settings and doesn't really take your camera settings into account. That's why their raw images look very different from those coming out ot DPP or EVU.

The first image is the ACR and the second the DPP. My Problem is ACR is giving me true results and DPP seems to have a problem with the sky and the blue on the bike. I have tried to get the same results as the first picture with DPP and can't seem to do it.

Did you check the preferences of DPP under the Color Management tab to see what color space DPP is using? I'm not sure if that's the problem or not but you might want to check that to make sure it's set properly.
Also, are you saying that the colors that you see for DPP image are the colors you see when your are working in DPP or do they change after they get written out as TIFF files and viewed in PSCS?
