With the wind chill it was easily -5 F yesterday as the wind rolled in off Lake Erie. The snow was only calf deep and fortunately I didn't have to walk too far for these shots.

Wonderful photo...the colors are so vivid...it is so realistic I can feel the cold seeping in from my monitor :)

Hi Jim,
Thank you - I'd been waiting a few days for our little bit of sun and planned my "side trip" accordingly. I just bumped the color a trifle in PS but not much. I'm not a big fan of overdoing things. And the sun did nothing to warm me up ;).

Thanks Tommy and Nick :D. The toes were ok on the walk back, but the fingertips were starting to go a bit. I decided to play around with conversions, and here's the B/W interpretation I came up with:
