I was playing around with this photo and came up with this.
Looking for some feedback really, not sure if its good or bad, old hat, that sort of thing.
All CC welcome.
Thanks very much.

This generally isn't my style but I like it.
Would not hesitate to hang it.
Now, would you share your technique?

Thank you.
And yes, of course.
Edited in LR, increase exposure 1 stop and add a little black +2 or 3.
Off to PS and and general eye sharpining and USM, then, filter/Distort/Defuse Glow and play with the Grain-Glow and Clear settings.

I like its as well, but the shadow on her right side, next to her face, is a bit distracting to me. Try to dodge it out and I think it looks superb!

A little too much for me; but I think it would be better to see both shoulders - her left is completely gone on my monitor.

Thanks wem
I tried that, but the shot lost all it's depth, if you know what I mean.
A diffucult one to call, I'll try and re post.

Hm yes, I see. You got a point there. Perhaps you could burn the sideline of her face and dodge the shadow for about 80%? But now I'm just guessing, actually. :-)

Here's an edit,
This was done very quickly, but you get the idea.

Now if you do some diffuse glow, up the highlights just a bit and then lower the midtones, it actually looks a lot like your first shot, but without the shadows. And I don't think it looks flat. (I have this done on my PC, but I cannot host it anywhere ...)

Thanks, I'll give it a try.
You could upload it from your PC.

Thanks for the edit wem.
Your right, I could loose the shadow.
