yes, but have you noticed that the nature section is overrun with animal images, and bird images.
It would be nice to have a area where those who like Macro/Micro oddities to post, not to mention Questions about this sort.
It's a suggestion though, something to think about.

Could we at least make a sub - forum in the nature section for macro images.
I think this would be very useful for those who would like to look at macro images, but don't want to sift through 90% of the animal images.

I think it is a good idea to have Macro dedicated section...
May be good to bring to moderator's attention.

Hello my name is Bruce aka mr.photoguy
I am writing you to inform you about the above post that I started. In my opinion it would be a good idea to have a macro photography section as a sub forum to Nature for two reasons. One, it will give Macro photographers a dedicated place to chat about macro photography, and post images, and Two, it will help to create more Macro photography posts.
Firstly, with a dedicated Macro photography sub-forum those who like this field, including myself, will have some place to post, and view images. Currently if a Macro image is posted in the Nature section it will not be noticed because there is an abundance of animal images posted, and it makes it difficult to find, or notice a previous post of a Macro Image.
Secondly, adding this Macro photography sub-forum will help to creat more Macro photography posts. With more posts there will be more traffick on the forum. I recently started to post some Macro topics, and noticed a good amount of replies. I couldn't help but wonder if most of these Avid photogrpahers would be interested in posting some of their images for others to see. A macro section will definetly attract those guys who like to do flower photography, Bug/Insect photography, or even Jewelry photography. A Macro sub forum is definetly a benefit to our fine photography community.
In Conclusion, I strongly urge you to accept this propostal for a Macro Photography section. It will help to seperate the Macro images, from the abundance of Animal images, and will help to inspire other Macro Avid photographers to post their images.
Thank you
Bruce ..
