DIY tutu commenced!

Ok so i dont know exactly what im talking about BUT, i made my daughter a few tutus, and took some pics this morning. and its only 8:50 AM here in Maryland !

Im actually amazed and wish i knew how to show a 100% crop, because the details on her feet/toes is AMAZING close up. I just dont know how to show it cropped like that.

I made a longer one, but this is my fave so far. I cant wait to make more and more and more! it cost me about 6 bucks in all. the next one will only cost me about 4 because all i need is toole :)

Those are too cute! I have made my kids a few tutu's too. I love tutu's. I actually have one that looks a lot like yours lol. Same colors. your daughter is so cute, definately does not look like she is all that amused in the 1st one lol.

So your pictures always look crips and sharp. I have a Rebel XT, the nifty fifty and the 430 EX and my pictures DO NOT come out as sharp as yours! :mad: I guess I have to keep practicing. Hee hee hee!

i thought i posted the settings... but i could be wrong...

I used the 50 mm 1.8 and the 430.

1/200 f 4.5 and ISO 100. I bounced the flash on the cieling and it blew out the backdrop. because it was the lightest thing on the frame. her shirt was blown out too but i dodged that a bit to bring some of it back... also it was still sort of dark so i brightend it all up in CS3.
