Spent Anti Aircraft Round.

After looking at the very neat homemade lightboxes in this thread (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?p=2767550#post2767550) I decided to delve into the realm myself...

Attached are a couple of my first shots... the "Subject" is a spent 22mm Anti Aircraft round which was used in a live fire test several years ago.

I figured "still life" was probably the most appropriate location for these shots.

I still need to work on the process... and I think I'm going to consider replacing the black paper with some black cloth.
