I was in Manhattan today and was horrified to see this group of juvenile prisoners being led off to some sort of work detail! They were all wearing standard prison issue yellow vests for quick identification and shackled together to thwart escape! I am forwarding this post to Amnesty International to expose this travesty of justice!
