People with phones are one of the most popular subjects for street photography, as they tend to project all kinds of emotions during the phone conversations. That's why I thought to open this thread - post here your photographs of people with phones (cellular and regular), the collection might be very interesting. I'll start :

cool idea for a thread :)

This was somewhat close to one of the first pics I had taken with my 20D... I was messing with the settings on it and trying things out while my friend was on the phone and took this directly in the B&W mode

I was walking across the Granville bridge in Vancouver when I spotted this person using his cell phone. I figured he was going 15 mph. Not a very bight boy. People tend to drive 50 mph over this bridge.

I never ask anyone for these kind of shots
and I'm not hanging around either , just passing

that shot of the girl passing the store (second last I think )
she flew out of the store as I was taking a different shot
she blended in very well http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif

I forgot about the school girls shot Dave (when last replying )
they were standing near the bank in another town
one of them saw me and I kindof asked quietly 'can I take a shot'
pointing to the camera
the other smiled and went on with the conversation she was having on the mobile.
they were really nice. and didn't mind at all
just shy
and nice looking

Geez, I too would have to vote on one of marie's shots, it's just so hard to decide... If I really really had to, I'd pick her last photo. Also, the girl with a Thomas Patrick bag has an astoundingly perfect body.
