I like it except it woulda been better without the person in the backround I think

Maybe shot from a little higher angle so more face is in view, too. Also nice if you provide technical details.

I used the standard 18-55mm lense, custom white balance, +2/3 EV, no flash, ISO 800, small amount of noise reduction, minor contrast enhancement.

I'd make the same suggestions, a higher angle for more of the face and the background is distracting.
