Got the 20D back...very dissapointed!!!

Well, after taking my 20D to the service station in Irvine, CA. I find myself dissapointed in the service I received-To make a long story short I took my camera in for focusing problems and a cleaning. I just got the camera back today and the camera is still dirty and Im not to sure of the focus problem until I take a few shots. Anyway, I was just letting you guys/gals that sending your camera to these repair stations (at least for me) dont work. Well happy shooting everyone.

If you are not happy with the service that Irvine did, you should contact them imeadiately and inform them. The service that I have recieved from Canon has been nothing short of stellar. It is best to bring your concerns to their attention.

For some reason this is what I hear from 90% of the people who sent cameras into canon for cleaning (then again it could be 99.99% have no problem but its .01% that have problem, just those 99.99% never really seem to come forward when people ask about sending the camera into canon for cleaning )
