I have a 7'x8' Lastolite Hilite that works great for white backgrounds but it gets limited use so I tried an experiment with it today, I set it up camera right very close to the subjects as fill light. What do you think? I metered it at f/5.6 and key light at camera left f/8. Overall exposure with all lights on was f/8. Also had f/5.6 hairlight and BG light at f/8. I was a bit concerend about them both wearing glasses but it did not seem to make any reflections at any angle.
ps...the gentleman has a missing eye.
