View Full Version : Light modifiers for camulet Genesis 200 and 400?

I was looking into buying 2 studio lights. My thought was to get a genesis 400 with softbox and a genesis 200 with umbrella.

I originally wanted to get Alien Bee's but after reading the reviews and praises on the Camulet lights I am convinced, however I do not see any information on modifiers.

What I want to do is get the setup above and also buy some color gels, honeycomb grid and snoot. Can anyone point me to this? Surely it's possible...

I've heard that they take Elinchrom modifiers - have a search on this site for that. I should be receiving my Genesis kit in the next few days, so can't confirm until then.

im using the 400 right now and spoke to one of calumet's CS re: honeycomb grid and unfortunately they dont make grids for the genesis. but a lot of members (slivr or Robert TMR) here can share some info about using the Elinchrom grids to fit the genesis with slight modification.
