Here what I did on one of my filters using the tutorial from this site

I need to take more shots and change the book with a harder pages not like the one that I've used cuz they reflect more light.

ive seen people on other forums and i think this one as well do the same idea with a ring instead. the color though is a nice touch. nice capture.
