Ugly RAW Pictures with Canon G7 with CHDK Hack

I'm not sure if this is just me, but the pictures coming from the G7 RAW are really bad. I get a lot of blue noise that doesn't appear on the Jpeg version of the picture. Is it just me? What am I doing wrong? Please help and let me know if anyone else is having the same problem.

This is not surprising. The onboard JPG conversion does a lot of noise reduction, especially with these small chips. You'll need to find a way to replicate that in your post processing
