G'Day
Juvenile Wandering Albatross (Diomedea exulans) on the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. This bird has an enormous wingspan (around 3 metres). The adult of this species is white.
300D+75-300mm II at 190mm. 1/2000 f6.3. Taken from a boat !

Thanks Mills and CDS. Considering the length he took to get airborne it is probably best that they don't land very often. This is the first (and so far only one) that I have seen (but hopefully not the last :-) ).
