instructions for 430ex ??? where can i find them

i bought a 430x used ,with no owners manual and i wondering if anyone knows where i can download the owners manual in a pdf file

or is there any good write ups on how to use all the functions on the 430ex speedlite?

or even a 580ex if they are close in features...

i really want to learn the in's and outs of this flash..
