first try bouncing flash(430EX II) on white core board

in focus...nice catch light in her eyes..shadows under her chin arent too harsh...good job
compose your portrait tho..try the shot in portrait as opposed to landscape and pose her, you have a nice subject...little girls are supposed to smile :D

Thanks for your input ... portrait shot would of looked much better , your right. the reason no smiles is , we were or should i say I was playing with the white core board to get it just right . after the 20th shot she was getting a little bord lol so no smiles lol...thanks again .

I really need to work on my flash technique. Even when I bounce it still comes off as harsh.
