Well, to start off; I love B&H, and have ordered everything in my gear list from them, (+ some more, not listed).
They have been amazing. They always sent out the stuff, the day I ordered it.

But, yesterday, I got my order (New strap, camera armor, a 77mm tiffen protector filter, and 58mm tiffen protector filter). Opened the strap, put it on my camera. Opened the camera armor, but it on my camera Opened the 77mm filter, put it on my 17-40mm.. I open the 58mm filter box\cartage, and there is no filter! Just the manual and the tiny silica gel pack.

Now, this is probably Tiffen's fault (unless I am just so biased with B&H), but, I just wanted to share this, and wonder if it has happened to anyone else.

Maybe this filter was returned, just, no filter?
Neither of the filters had a seal\tape around the edges, so, I couldn't tell you if it was already opened, or if there was a mishap at the Tiffen factory.

Anyway, has this happened to anyone else?

Buy enough stuff and eventually, you're bound to get a hiccup.

I'm sure B&H will make good on it.

Tumeg, if you are wise, you will asked B&H to cancel the order for Tiffen (which never arrived) and instead find yourself a Hoya HMC at the very minimum, or go even more upscale to the Hoya SHMC. Cheap filters cost contrast and add unwanted flare (reflections) to your photos, particularly noticeable in challenging lighting situations. Tiffens are among the worst for that, as seen in this article

Agree with Wilt.
I'd say B&H actually helped you in this case

I would have gone with a better filter, but, I am only using these filters to protect the lens. I will only have them on (with the camera armor), on overnight backpacking trips, I go on with my boy-scout troop.
If I feel it is safe, I will\can take the filter off for some shots.
