Ok so I am a newbie--and would really like to one day do some photos out of a home studio (already have a few requests). I find shooting outside the easiest right now because its easier to work with the natural lighting. Anyways--indoor lighting seems soooo confusing light boxes, umbrellas, strobe lighting, flash lighting AHHHH!! I am definatly on a shoestring budget but would like to set up some sort of studio so that I can practice (with some willing subjects). What are the bare necessities that I need?? And what can I build/do myself?? I have seen where people are buying clamp lights and using those, I know there are lots of ideas out there but can anyone give me ideas for what I will need to get started? Oh yeah my gear--Canon XSI with kit lens 18-55mm and the next purchase is going to be a flash (soon hopefully). Thanks in advance!!

As I am looking on ebay (I know not everyone approves of ebay) but I have found a deal that looks really good. Its called square perfect--SP 3500 Complete Starter Kit-- wireless, 3 studio flash/strobe, 2 soft boxes, 3 backdrops, umbrella, stands, reflectors, gels, etc. for only 299.96!! I know this seems too good to be true. Like I said I am new and this may be more than I need right now or maybe not a good product, not sure how all that equipment works and I dont even have an off camera flash (do I need one before I purchase equipment like this?? Sorry for so many questions but really need some help. (this seller has a 99.4% rating on ebay) seems good??
