Bridge in Sacramento + sign with birds

I went onto a docked boat that is used as a hotel on whatever river that is in the picture looking at whatever that bridge is (if anyone knows please share, I'm too lazy to look it up). The sign I believe was right over the entrance to the little walking bridge that went onto the boat (can't quite remember).

Good picture, too bad its a little dull. It would be nicer if the sky was blue. But what can ya do.

Agreed, I'm sure it'd be a lot nicer had it been a clear blue sky or even blue sky with some white puffy clouds.
