I set up on my tripod and cropped in the camera this shot of a working set of harness. These get used mostly in the summer and fall months for the tourist folks. Taken this August past, with my G5, @ 1/8 second and f/2. This as noted is full frame, not cropped at all. The advantage of and LCD display. Lighting is a little 25 watt bulb overhead and some spill from behind me via the doorway to a hall. I changed out the 100 watt bulb because it was just too harsh . . .

I don't know if you see many western themes here but I thought it a nice enough shot to bring to the critique forum. Show and tell is fine but I would like to improve my ability, methods and work on my eye. One would suppose this is where I will get some of the help and advice I seek.

Please say what you feel . . . either way. There is no harm and no foul in this section of the forum. I am going to call this "Days Done"

Very nice, I love the angle and the lighting here. It's got that real western feel; lookin' for the horse and cowboy hat.....:)

I like this picture. The top left is wonderfully warm and rich, the wood looks glorious and almost luminous, however as you move diagonally down the picture towards the bottom right hand corner it seems to get progressively noisier and starts to look a little washed out.

I still like.

I like it too, but I wondered if it would benefit from running it through a noice reduction program. Verry cool, though.
