Here are a few head shots of him , nothing fancy. I just decided to use my sigma 105 macro and I liked the results :)

Lovely poodle. If you're concentrating on head shots, I'd drape the leash along the ground and out of the shot. How big will your poodle get?

Yeah normally I would not have a leash on him , but we where practicing stacking for a dog show :p. He is a standard poodle and I believe he will be around 24in at the shoulders.

thanks guys will I finally bought my new imac so I will be taking more pics and starting my editing again. I was with out a comp since Oct and I was learning CS and i totally forgot what i learned .... so I have to start over :oops:

He is now exactly 4months he was born Oct 4 :)

How much lower should I be ? I was sitting on the floor lol I think its because I am kind of tall I might take some more today

Whenever I have a cooperative dog, I like to get my lens just below their eye level. Like in this image of a Black Lab that was in the back of a pick-up truck.
