There's some dirt cheap ones on eBay...not sure how legitimate they are!

You can get the PS & Premiere Elements bundle at Savastore for 80 quid.

But your £38.77 is a good price....the only problem being that you'd have to buy it from eBuyer. Personally I'd say it's worth spending the ten quid more to get it elsewhere!
