Here is my own tribute to Ansel Adams. I do want to know how to minimize pixelation on the upper right hand corner when converting to B/W. I used channel mixer to convert.

Nice shot, Larry. Ansel would be proud. I'm seeing a lot of artifacts caused by compressing the image too much when you converted it to JPG (and they're all over the image, not just in the corner). Your image is 14kb. Try compressing it less, so that it comes out to 100kb or so.

Hey Scott,

Noticed it when it was posted. On the full res image the entire picture is shot with good tone but that upper right hand corner has pixelation in the area that is from a dark grey to a lighter grey. The color version does not have it.

Nice shot. It still needs a bit of sharpening though. Do it after everything else is done before you convert to compressed jpg.
