media storage?

I need more storage. 1gig microdrive, large capacity cf card, a wallet, a 128 cf, whitch happens to be the most you can download in one swipe. Any input. Ups, downs?????

Currently using a 1Gb IBM Microdrive which has worked perfectly since I bought it.

I shoot mainly in RAW format so need as much space as I can get - until the 5Gb solid state stuff comes out (and I remortgage the house ... again!) I will have to stick with that.

Speed wise - it seems pretty average. The only time it causes me a bit of a problem is when I utilise the 3fps of the D60 and then need to take another set of photos quickly afterwards. I don't shoot much sport stuff so it's not a major for me.

Thanks cliff, but I do shoot sports and did not even think about a read time, just assumed they were all the same. I guess that is why I asked. I have found that to bounce it out for input before I buy anything is a major point of these forums. It's a good community this photo bug stuff.
