please help me with this photo, i have cs4 and lightroom 2 and was wondering what i need to do to make this better. i ahve done a few alterations but think maybe the light needs to be better ?

seems when i changed this phoito to allow it to be uploaded it changed the quality of the picture. any ideas on how to reduce the picture so it doesn't change the look
