Can't install software for G3

Hi,

I am using Canon Digital Solutions Disk v11.0
The Twain Driver, Remote Capture and Fileviewer will not install.
It says "1608: Unable to create InstallDriver Instance" at the point where it configures
windows installer.

I am using Windows 2000 with 128 mb ram.

Also, Zoombrowser ex runs, but will not let me read any images from the Camera.
However, I was able to install the twain driver seperately, and photoshop 6.0 recognises
the camera fine.

Anyone else experienced this?

Not the fix I wanted, but I installed winxp and everything is now lovely!

If you had installed 'Client For Microsoft Networks' in your networking options all your problems would have gone away.
