Hello

My lightsphere has just arrived, can someone please give me the definition of a low ceiling. 15ft?

I believe a low ceiling ration is 10-15 ft. That would put 15ft on the "high" side of low...

It's lower than that. It's recommended that you use the top part at 3-4 feet. When the flash head fully verticle measured to the ceiling.
