Hello,

I'm invited by a nature magazine to send in 3 nature photos that make, after judgement of a jury, chance to be on the cover of the magazine.
As I want to post some real good photos I wonder if you can tell me which of the attached photos you would send in.

I like them both in different ways.
I like the autumn scene a lot, however I find it a bit bright to look at. Anyway to tone done the brightness without removing from the overall effect of the picture?
The second one is nice too, kind of mysterious looking, I like the fog in between the trees. Tough one, I dunno its a toss up if you reduce the brightness of the first picture a notch. JMO.

I think the first is just great, your eye is led to the end of the path, the shadows falling across the path and the splash of light on the left all add to a great photo.

I like the second, although I think it could be straightened so the left framing tree and centre tree are 90 deg.

Both are good, but I do prefer the first one, I really like the way the path leads your eye down it and into the photo

I'm going with the first one, too. That was not my first inclination, but I looked at them for quite a while before I decided that I do like the 1st one better.

I like both, but would go with #1 as it is. (If they want it darker, they'll make it darker. )

Thank you all for your remarks.
I could not decide between 1 or 2.
Now I know which one to sent in
