Sandy posted some shots earlier of last night's snowfall. Here are a couple more around town. Pretty as it is, I hope it's the end. :rolleyes:

Nice shots Jim, OK I know the first one, but I'll be darned if I can place the second one. It looks like a wall on the other side of the river. Sure looks familiar, but ......... :confused:

Turn 90 degrees to the right and you're looking at Kars and the school bus garage. :rolleyes: ;) :)

Thanks. Most of it had melted off the trees within about two hours after the shot. That's the way I like 'em. Look pretty for a few hours and then begone! :cool:

This looks an AWFUL lot like the bike path along the canal from Hudson Falls, NY to Glens Falls, NY... the cement factory being the stacks in the background.

Do you have any shots of of it? Coincidentally, there is a bike path (converted railroad) very close to this scene.

especially the second shot where the white of the snow at the bottom fades into the background of the forum's page



I missed these pictures last week so I guess it's all gone by now

Thanks for all the nice comments. I'm glad I was able to get out and get a few shots that day. Yes, the snow is long gone and now we are left with all the dirt and debris that remained under cover for so long. :evil: Flood watch going on right now. :cry:
