Got a chance to shoot the moon through a telescope. Had to use my P&S, but oh well. :)

It's not the greatest picture... but I'll take it. :)

Shame it's a bit blown out and "fuzzy" at the top, but otherwise it's great...so sharp in the middle and the bottom right.

I know. Oh well though. I was excited to get a shot like that. :D lol

It's a good effort. It's REALLY hard to get the image lined up just right with a P&S through the eyepiece. Someone makes a bracket to hold your camera just right but I usually don't want to take the time to set it up, so I just hold it and point straight into the eyepiece. About 1 in 10 images will be worth a darn. One tip for doing this: zoom the lens out to max focal length, it'll make it easier to align into the eyepiece.

I'd say... a good telescope. :p lol I have no idea.
