Tough crowd, eh? We're a bit shy on this board, but at least one comment on your image page was from a "regular" over here... and his suggestions are good.

My two cents: There just not much going on in the pic, I'm afraid. The composition - a white line going right down the center of an otherwise very dark residential street - doesn't grab me. Nice capture of the light trails, so call it an experiment. Keep trying; you are on to something good.

Two thumbs up for effort and persistence.

I agree. Just need to be a little more creative. Try a busier street with something interresting in the background. More lights maybe. It's the holiday season so you never know what you may come up with.
Just a thought.

For what it is worth (not much I agree) I'd prefer to see the light trails moving on the vertical rather than horizontal - as if the cars are coming toward and moving away from the lens.

Timing is a bitch on these type of shots. Notice how the red lights "stop" on the riht hand side of the picture? It would be better if they went the distance of the image. Just take about 100 more of these type of shots and you'll get a great one in there.
