How do I attach a picture for critique?

I have never attached a picture to a thread. I keep getting a message error "Post by foreign hosts are not allowed." Can anyone explain what this means, or how I can attach a jpg/gif file?

easiest is to click on "go advanced" on the bottom of the post area screen. then you will see a method to attach files. keep in mind that they should be no more than 800 pix wide and less than 100K in file size. You can upload 2 per post.
