Our first wedding of 2009 on a cold but thankfully dry and sunny day on Saturday.

Lovely couple, quite shy but very much in love and they were good enough to brave the cold weather with us for 15 minutes whilst we did some couple shots outside after we had already spent time outside doing the group shots they had asked for ...... I was very cold dressed in trousers jacket and long sleeved shirt so the bride must have been frozen!

More from the day on our Blog (http://www.boundlessphotos.blogspot.com/) for anyone who wishes to see more.

Polite C&C welcome

You have done a great job placing in the photo. I love the flower shot where they are in the background.

Thanks for the nice comment.

It was our first wedding with the new 5D MKII so we were trying to make each shot count as we didnt have a feel for how much memory we would have left with 5D MKII raw files + video clips ... as it happened we had a shed load left but at least showing a little restraint should make editing this one easier :)

The photos look great and so do the ones on your blog, how did your 5dMKII body and 24-70mm lens combo perform for you?

Nicely done. Nice conversions. Good detail.

#1 is not very flattering to the bride, IMO. #6 is much better in this aspect.
#2 is, ah, she's beatiful. Domestic violence? Hopefully just misspelled.
#3 is really nice. Beatifully done. ;)
4,5&6 are nice conversions.
#7 works well as does 8.

Wish I had more constructive criticism but solid stuff! Nice job!

Thanks for the nice words.

We were really happy with the way the 5D MKII's and 24-70's performed and the LR catalogue for the day kinda tells the tale.

Of the 1587 pics me and Nick took between us on the day (below average for us) 1223 of them were shot with the 5D+24-70 combo so I think its fair to say it was well used :)

Regards number 2 I have to say his joined up writing is probably a lot more readable than mine is :)
