Could anyone explain to me how exactly this works and tell me a link to where they are for sale.. So if I was out shooting and I ran out of memory I could hook the camera up to the iPod and download images to it without loosing like resolution, size or quality? Than when I get home I could download them off the iPod onto my computer? Is this how they work? Because I love to listen to music and with 60 GB of memory it seems like you could have A LOT of photos with you and some music at the same time.. Am I getting this right? Thanks

You don't need an ipod PHOTO.. you can do this with any ipod, you just cant see the images on theothers
Most people buy the CF attachment and just transfer via CF/// i don't think you can hook it up directly,

Take a look at this Apple iPod Camera Connector (http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/WebObjects/AppleStore?productLearnMore=M9861G/A)
I have the iPod Photo, but I dont use it for photos jeje, I just have a few there, but its a small screen, you cant zoom, you just can see a slideshow or the individual pictures. You can connect it to a TV with some cables included, but.
For what you want to use it, any ipod can work, its like a hard drive. Correction, it is a hard drive.
I buy the iPod Photo, because I want a 40gb one, for music and for HD use. Think I get the one of the last ones of 40gb in color.
Its a good buy, but not for photo use.
