The first, not spectacular, but good, nothing wrong with it..
Second, perhaps the wheel-thingie-something is too centralized, maybe another perspective.
Third, excellent capture, but slightly underexposed with too little contrast for my taste.
Fourth, motorbike surely in the center, too much empty space to either side.
Fifth, it's obviously a good motive, but it's boring, because it's straight, static and gives either too much or too little information. With shots like these you must ask yourself what you want the viewer of the photos to see in them, and it's your job to compose the shot in a way that would present your vision as true as possible. A painter paints layers of differend colors, one on top of each other to become satisfied with results, a photographer often has to photograph the same subject many times with differend variables to reach his vision.

1. I like it...good photo and very representative of the non-tourist districts of Rome...
2. Those markets are great and full of Photo Ops, that is why i can't understand why you have chosen the cart as the subject...Maybe if you had gotten down to the level of the cart it would have been a little better...
3. An interesting shot, but I am not sure why you took the photo? Doesn't do anything for me at all...
4. Same as the third....
5. I think an different angle and maybe one with the street in it would have done for you what you wanted...however like the last poster said, and I am trying to learn this as well, you have to really think about your photograph and how you want it to turn out before you press the button...

I think #1 is the best.
I also agree with Karusel you need to think of what are trying to say with these type of photos.

Regardless of what you were trying to say with it, I really like the third one...

I like the 1st and 3rd picture. I like the 1st picture because of the compressioon of the zoom and also the fact I never see clothes hanging out in the street and I like the 3rd photo because the scooter/moped is so old it looks like a toy. Apart from the grafitti this photo could have been taken 30 years ago

I like the first pic, but something doesn't look right in your B&W conversion. Looks a little flat or something. Sorry, don't have a solution for you! Pretty much the same for #2.
3 and 4 are very nice. I like the B&W and well composed.
#5 doesn't work for me. I like the idea though.
