I have been reading the reviews posted here but I can't seem to find any information about the reviewer himself and what his "credentials" are. Does anyone know anything about this site, or have any comments on his opinions (yes, I know reviews are all a matter of opinion)?

I use his reviews quite often. I find them to be real-world and informative especially when it comes to comparing lenses to similar alternatives. A bit Canon-centric, but then I'm a brand snob too...
