Wanting a small P&S

I am wanting a small P&S to keep in my truck and in my pocket, I usually wear cargo so I have larger pockets, But I have a 20D, FZ50, G6, but want one I can slip into my pocket and forget about, price no more than $300.00 new, at least a 6x zoom, 8 MP

so is there such a beast
