Difficult to give any feedback on these because (a) the images are very small and (b) there's a bloomin' big water mark across them. A quick read of the posting rules at the top of the motorsport section tells you all you need to know to stop people "screaming" at you.

I really like the 2nd one, but i agree they are a bit small to pass any real judgment http://m08o1124znfu179.imageshacknow.info/img/2465/e08g1214bfbr/wink.gif

I agree with the size but as im loading it through POTN it only allows me to do it at that size. they are bigger on my zenfolio account.
and i water mark everything, never trust a thief.........

Some lovely shots on your website with interesting angles etc, but I gave up looking through them after about 20 shots due to the extremely distracting watermark. I hear what you're saying about protecting your images from copyright theft, but it shouldn't be to the detriment of the image itself.

Just my two penneth!

Are you saying we're all thieves and not to be trusted on POTN?

If you're that worried about someone nicking your images then don't put them on the internet at all. This is a photography forum - it's kinda nice to be able to look at photographs, not enourmous watermarks.

For what it's worth, some of your stuff on your Zenfolio thingy looked really nice, but as has already been said I gave up after a while because I was being seriously distracted by the watermark.

Im not saying that peolpe on this forum are thieves not at all. but like you said it's on the internet, and that means that anyone can google the words WRC or WRC Ireland and with the 1,080,000 hits im sure that my pics are in there somewhere. And for some person to come along and find them and look at them then they could possibly just say "hay I'll right click and save this". Meaning like yourself I too would like to get some money back for my photo"s
Im sorry to if I make your eye's sore from the watermark.

And thanks for your opinion

I understand exactly what you're saying. However, if someone wants to right click and save your image, they'll do it whether there's a wacking great copyright over it or not.

Also be careful trying to sell images from the WRC for anything other than editorial use. Like BSB and various other things, they control the image rights very tightly. While it may not be as a result of having WRC images on their websites, there are regulars on here who have fallen foul of this and had to remove image galleries.....

Thanks for your advice I will take that to account.
And like you said people will not right click save cause of the watermark which in my opinion the watermark does its job.

I really like the second image. I kind of wish it was a little tighter crop but it's got a certain mood to it in B&W.
