I'm liking the negative space. Is she really that tanned, or is it the processing?

Composition is OK but it looks a little underexposed to me. You might try brightening a bit and maybe her eyes might show through better.

I agree looks underexposed to me to. IT also looks a tad soft. Love the composition though. Overall an easy fixer and would make a great photo.
