Wedding Album Contract

Hey guys

Just wondering is there a sample of a wedding album contract around here?

Basically just a contract stating how many changes are allowed before xx amount of changes are done, Payment required upfront, Turnaround time, photo quality etc etc.

I'm getting some orders from previous clients who are starting to order albums since at the time they didn't want them in their original package due to budget restrictions.

Since they're purchasing an expensive product I would feel better knowing that everything is on paper and explained.

Write what you want down in plain english. Include their names, album type/size/cover/etc. Mention that the album is a custom made product and may not be returned, and if faulty it will be replaced. Make sure you have somewhere they sign to approve the design, and I do printed proofs so I can show what they approved.
