Just got this shot with my crappy 75-300 canon zoom:D
Stop the thing down a bit and wow....not bad.
A spot of focal blade and level adjustments and this is the result.

Nice shot! What settings did you use? I have the same lens, and can never seem to get results as good as this.

Not a bad shot for the lens used! Looks like it was 1/400 f/8 at ISO 100.

Funny how the moon looks almost identical no matter where you are in the world. you can see the same marks in it. Very nice.

nice! I like the framed version best...and it always looks the same because it always is the same. The moon doesn't rotate as it revolves around the earth.
