Reflections

I posted this in the nature section. I was hoping for a little more response than I got. I will post it here to see if I can get some more critiquing of it.

I like #1, it's a good mix of reflection and surface ice, not sure about the mud showing in the corner though.
#2 isn't interesting to me, sorry.

#1 has both sharp reflections of quite nice material and a distinct, recognisable view of the ice. It works ok. May have helped to have some additional elements framing the reflection: a rock in the foreground, far shore etc..

#2 is much more homogenous, and unfortunately comes across as just a blurry or unfocused shot... not even obviously a reflection. These things seem cool when you're there, but just don't translate.
