It snowed the entire shoot, then an hour later the sun was out and it was a beautiful day, so much for believing the weather forcast! We found an old warehouse an got some shots in there as well.

Beautiful, especially nice with the snow. But I have one comment about the poses. Were they very uncomfortable showing emotion toward each other? Their poses seem stiff and uninvolved. Did you get any where they were more playful and affectionate? I find those are the best for engagement shots with an artistic feel.

Great shots indeed, my favourite is number 7. Where do all the spots come from? Did you throw something in front, was it snowing/raining? It intrigues me :).

Thanks for all the comments!:D
Cherrym, the spots are snow falling, it snowed during the whole shoot but around here you shoot in whatever the weather provides or you do nothing but reschedule!:)

Straighten #8 and they are all winners.

hummmmm, you really think so? I'll give it a straighten and see, I kind of thought the tilt worked on this one:confused:

Thanks!:D

It's just personal taste... It's what your client thinks that really counts.

Hawkeye, thanks I really like the edit. I like the tilt and the straight, but I definately like your sky color MUCH better than mine. I'll go do some redo edits before I give them to the couple.

Thanks again! It is really very helpful for me to see what others can do to my images to make them look better, my PP skills are not the greatest!:D

I agree with this - I like #6 the best because it feels the most intimate to me as they are leaning in to each other. The rest are well exposed, nicely lit and technically very good :) but I think they need to tilt their heads together more to convey more familiarity.

Kathy - these are nice, and almost GREAT.

#6 is just plain awesome. I love the dof - if only he would have smiled just a bit bigger... maybe that's just how he is though - but they look happy.

#7 would be "picture perfect" if she had her arms around him and his hands were on her waist... almost kissing. I am a fan of the more intimate shots, but this is an e-session afterall. They look too distant. Or maybe if he were to pick her up or lean her back.... something besides standing there.

That's my $.02

Well done.
